TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me you agree to the following terms
GENERAL RULES
please allow 3 weeks ~ a month for a commission to be completed.
unless deadlines have been discussed, this will be the usual time frame i get things done. extra fees will apply for deadlines.
payment will always be up front. commissions will not be started until i have recieved payment.
payment will be through paypal invoices in usd only.
i have the right to refuse any commissions, as well as use completed commissions as examples.
if you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know.
COMMISSION PROGRESS
upon receiving payment, i will begin your commission and, depending on commission type, send a sketch for approval (commission types state whether they include a sketch to be approved or not)
commissioners may request progress shots at any time.
once the sketch has been approved, i will complete your commission. up to 2 edits may be requested upon the finished piece. afterwards i will charge for any additional or significantly bigger edits.
COMMISSION USE
once a commissioner has received the finished piece they may use it however they like for personal use only and are free to reupload my work with credit or a link to my social media.
a commissioner may not claim my work as their own, heavily edit or trace my work, or use it for illegal/hateful/commercial purposes. ALSO I DONT ALLOW MY WORK BEING USED FOR NFTS FUCK OFF.
REFUND POLICY
full refunds will only be given if the commission has not been started or if i feel like i am not able to complete the commission. otherwise only a 50% refund will be given once the initial sketch has been approved.
certain commission options are not eligible for refunds (ie: sketch and experimental commissions)
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THE COMMISSION HAS BEEN FINISHED.
any requested refunds or chargebacks after the commission has been completed will result in a ban from my services in the future.
